The key for completing this puzzle is to look for what is not symmetric to the other side in each room, and break the glass tile of the same column. If you break the wrong tile, all your Pokemon will take damage.
In the first room, the point of asymmetry is the chair on the far right side, below the NPC. It turns outside when it's supposed to turn inside.
In the second room, the point of asymmetry is the plant pot to the left of the tree near the entrance. It's pink when it's supposed to be blue like the pot above the sofa.
In the final room, the point of asymmetry is the tile below the tile with the pink bookshelf. If you stand on that tile, there is no reflection on the tile below you, while if you stand on the tile with the blue bookshelf, there is a reflection on the tile below.

So you're at Serra's estate? Right. Serra Voclain was once a famous model, so she's all about beauty and reflections. Her gym mirrors this-- literally. Serra loves to play games with her mirrors, increasing evasion, lowering accuracy, and even performing critical attacks from hidden places. In the Mirror Field, evasion and accuracy shapes effects the strength and frequency of critical hits. Be careful not to take a surprise attack!
But if it happens, use that moment to strike! Her Pokemon has to come out of hiding to attack, so those evasion buffs will be lost. Besides that, consider using beam and light-based attacks! These moves can be reflected by the mirrors, and will always hit!
