Shelly is a gym leader of Reborn, located in the Lapis Ward. She specialises in the Bug type and hands out the Cocoon Badge. Although she is a Gym Leader, she is only 12 years old.

In the game

Shelly is first encountered in the Lower Peridot Ward, where she helps a girl with her lonely Kricketot.

Shelly is fought on a Forest Field in Double Battle format. She has two Ultra Potions.
