The Onyx Ward is the northeasternmost Ward of Reborn City and the fifth Ward the Player passes through on their your journey through the Reborn region. It is the location of the Onyx Arcade, the Move Relearner, and the Onyx Trainers' School.

Onyx Arcade

As soon as the Player enters the Ward, they will see the Onyx Arcade. The Player may play games to earn coins and purchase prizes with them.
Not only does Slugma come with a super-effective move for 5/6 of Florinia's team, it also has an ability that will hatch eggs faster-and it's cheap enough to be bought with the coins hidden in the arcade!
Onyx Trainers' School

The Onyx Trainers' School is the second gym of the Reborn region, as well as a top-notch school for trainers. Titania, Julia, Florinia, and Amaria are some of the alumni. The Onyx Trainer's School holds the ward's Pokémon Center and Gym as well as a host of books relating to Pokémon, evolution, base stats, and moves.
Move Relearner

To the far left of the entrance of the Onyx Ward is the home of a Move Relearner, who has lost her House Key. Find it, and she will offer her services for one Heart Scale per move.
Rooftop Garden
After making your way through the school, an apologetic student in the hotel next to the arcade will open the way to the rooftop garden, which holds a number of Pokémon.

Sidequests and Special Encounters
Move Relearner Sidequest

The Move Relearner paces back and forth in front of her house in the bottom left corner of Onyx Ward. When you talk to her, she exclaims how she has lost the key to her house.
Pichu Event
After defeating Fern in the Onyx Trainers' School, a Trainer in the apartments next to the Arcade will allow the player access to the Rooftop Garden. On clear days, a Pichu can be found here and, assuming the player has a PokéSnax in the bag, will attack. Pichu has one of these Egg Moves in its moveset: Encore, Fake Out, Wish, or Volt Tackle.
Lillipup Special Encounter

After the player has found Lillipup enough times, beginning in the South Obsidia Ward, Lillipup will reunite with its owner in the Onyx Ward. Its owner decides that he can't keep up with it anymore, and asks you to take care of it. The Lillipup has one of these possible Egg Moves in its moveset: Thunder Fang, Fire Fang, or Ice Fang.
Onyx Mystery Egg Event

In the apartment directly left of the Arcade, a young girl asks the player to investigate the strange behavior of the Day Care Couple of the Obsidia Ward. The reward is an Egg of a Water type Pokemon. The Pokemon the player will get is chosen randomly and is already determined shortly after the game starts.
