PULSE 00 - Garbordor, also known as Mr. Bigglesworth, is a Garbodor modified by PULSE Machines.
Its PULSE Read-out is available in Byxbysion Grotto.
Story Events[]
Its existence is first hinted at on a screen in Mosswater Industrial. The text on the screen reads:

PULSE Dex[]
Produced by a curious stray Pokenon finding an abandoned machine. Its function is to make wasteful byproduct. Anything it touches sticks to it and will eventually be turned into toxic waste.

Access[]
PULSE Garbodor is the only PULSE Pokemon that is not a compulsory boss in the game's story, and its location is hard to reach, so it's easy to miss out. If you want to battle PULSE Garbodor, follow the guide below.
Chemical Vats[]
If you have already turned all the vats into red, skip this step and follow the "Reaching the destination" section. If you haven't, click on the "Expand" label to clear the puzzle first.
Located around the Wasteland are five Chemical Vats. An example of one can be seen directly next to the entrance of the stairway building. In order to progress the Encounter, all 5 Chemical Vats must be turned into red. Their locations are as follows;
- Vat #1: East of the Wasteland Hideout
- Vat #2: Far South of the Wasteland Hideout, past the ledge with a Rock Smash rock
- Vat #3: Directly North of Vat #2, next to the Train
- Vat #4: Next to the Stairway Building entrance, requires circling around and jumping down some ledges
- Vat #5: Directly North of the Stairway Building's exit

Reaching the destination[]
After activating all the Vats, the door to the building pictured below will open. TMX8 Flash is not required but will be useful for navigating through the cave system. If you don't have Flash, you can refer to the photos below.
Get into the building. Go right down the stairs.
Go all the way to the left to reach an opening like in the left photo. Go into it and go all the way to the left again to reach an opening like in the right photo.
Slide down to the right twice, and slide down to the left once. Jump off the ledge like in the left photo and go into the cave. Go all the way to the right to reach an opening like in the right photo.
Go all the way to the right to reach the opening like in the left photo. Go out and jump off the ledge like in the right photo. Go into the cave opening above.
In this new area, activate the two tubes on both sides to turn them to red.
Go up into the new opening above, like in the left photo. In the new area, go to the rightmost opening, like in the right photo.
The battle with PULSE Garbodor will happen right after you enter.
