The Mosswater Factory is a factory in the bottom-left most section of the Peridot Ward. It is a tremendously toxic facility, and one that damages the surrounding waters by dumping its wastes in Azurine Lake. It also serves as a base for Team Meteor.
Battles that take place here are under the Factory Field effect.
After battling Fern outside Blacksteam Factory, the player meets up here with Julia, Fern, and Florinia to try to uncover more about the attack on the train station. The four split up to search both hallways, and reunite in front of a locked door. Julie sends the player and Fern to steal some explosives from Team Meteor, but just as she prepares to use them on the door, Florinia finishes hacking through security.
The four pass through and encounter a mysterious man. Julia confronts the man for the events at Peridot Station, but the man is only amused by the futility of her threat. He explains that the entire passage through the factory, and even Florinia's hacking, was planned ahead by Team Meteor, so they could delete some of their data and cover their tracks. He sends Aster & Eclipse to battle Fern and the player while he fights the gym leaders.
Upon Aster & Eclipse's defeat, the man recognizes his inability to hold his own against four trainers at once, and Team Meteor exits the building. Julia, of course, takes this opportunity to use the explosives previously gathered to destroy the entire building.
