Location: 7th Street
Available: After Badge 13
This quest is available only after you have completed the Craudburry Intimidation Sidequest and the Gang Leader Sidequest. If those two are completed, this quest can be started as soon as you return to Reborn city after earning Badge 13. However, it can only be completed after you have earned Badge 14, regardless of the gang you join.
In Postgame, at certain points this sidequest will be temporarily unfinishable, because the gang leaders get involved in certain Postgame Quests and thus will not appear in 7th Street. To get the gang leaders to appear again, you just need to complete the quests that involve them. Those quests are Volcanion Quest in Tier 3 (level cap 120), Heatran Quest in Tier 4 (level cap 125), and Groudon & Kyogre Quest in Tier 6 (level cap 135).
Quest Assignment[]
You have to talk to the gang leader for the quest to begin. The exact location of the gang leader differs depending on the gang you join. The gang leader will ask you to find jobs for other gang members before finding a job for him.
Archer the Aqua Gang leader can be found in the top right corner of 7th street.
Maxwell the Magma Gang leader can be found in the bottom left corner of 7th street.
Gang Members[]
Aqua Gang[]
Mannie is in the elevator. Pierce is in the top right area, close to Archer.
DeFacto is in the bottom area, next to a cart. Razzy is to the left of DeFacto.
Magma Gang[]
Kriz is in the elevator. Break is in the bottom area, next to a cart.
Nihil is in the center area. Darm is above Nihil.
Application Locations[]
You can only get all 5 applications after you defeat Adrienn and earn Badge 14, regardless of the gang you joined.
Aqua Gang[]
Fly to Apophyll Academy first. Go in and talk to the girl on the left for an application.
Next, fly to Lower Peridot Ward and go to the train station. You can only get here after you defeat Adrienn and earn Badge 14. Go in and talk to the worker near the entrance for an application.
Next, fly to Beryl Ward and go to the library. Take an application from the counter.
Finally, fly to Obsidia Ward. Go to the Silph Company right above the Pokemon Center. Talk to the guy for an application.
Then go left and into the Sweet shop. Talk to the woman in the top left corner for an application.
Magma Gang[]
Fly to Agate Circus first. Take a Circus Application from the counter in the top right corner. Then fly to Nightclub in North Obsidia Ward and talk to the girl outside for a Nightclub Application.
From the Nightclub, walk right and down into the Spyce Restaurant. Pick a Spyce Application from the pile in the bottom right corner.
Walk down and right to reach Madam Meganium's Medicine Market, the house to the left of the Obsidia Department Store, and pick a Medicine Application from the pile.
Then go to the renovated slum in South Obsidia Ward. You can only get here after you earn Badge 14 and donate to the Affordable Living in Obsidia Project in the Grand Hall. Pick a SOLICE Application on the right side.
Giving Applications[]
To give the applications, you have to stand next to the gang members, open your bag, select the application, and click "Use". Simply talking to them doesn't work.
Aqua Gang[]
In the elevator, give Mannie the Construction Application. Then go out to 7th Street and give DeFacto the Library Application.
Give Razzy the Sweet Application. Go the top right area and give Pierce the Apophyll Application.
Finally, give Archer the Silph Application.
Magma Gang[]
In the elevator, give Kriz the Spyce Application. Then go out to 7th Street and give Break the Medicine Application.
Go up and give Nihil the Nightclub Application. Go left and give Darm the Circus Application.
Finally, give Maxwell the SOLICE Application.
Rewards[]
Aqua Gang[]
The reward is a Litten holding a Choice Specs. Litten has one of these Egg Moves in its moveset: Heat Wave or Fake Out.
Magma Gang[]
The reward is an Oshawott holding a Choice Band. Oshawott has the Egg Move Night Slash in its moveset.
The Other Gang's Rewards[]
The Choice item that is the reward from the other gang can be obtained after Badge 14 in Lower Peridot Ward, but only if you have done the Onix Event earlier.
The Pokemon that is the reward from the other gang can be obtained later, after Badge 16, in Agate City.
