It can be summoned by Topsy Turvy for three turns, unless the user is holding an Amplifield Rock.
General Effects
Inverse Field alters the type chart, so any moves that a type was weak to will now be resisted, and any moves that type resisted or was immune to will now be super effective.
Stealth Rock is also affected, so Pokémon take damage based on their weakness or resistance to Rock under the inverse type chart. Thunder Wave can affect Ground-type Pokémon. Freeze-Dry will always hit Water types for super effective damage, even if its type is changed. Abilities such as Thick Fat, Sap Sipper, and Wonder Guard that provide a type resistance or immunity still function normally. Flying-type Pokémon are still immune to Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Sticky Web unless grounded.
