Welcome to the Pokémon Reborn Wikia

Pokémon Reborn is a fangame created by Amethyst. It was originally an online league between users, but has since developed into a detailed game that inspired three spinoff games, Pokémon Redemption, Pokémon Rejuvenation, and Reborn Chronicles. This wiki, though not officially connected to the game, strives to list everything to know about about Pokémon Reborn.

Please be aware that Pokémon Reborn does contain sensitive content that may be triggering for some players. Efforts are taken to alert Wikia readers of potential triggers, but caution is still advised.

Additionally, this Wiki does contain spoilers. Please make sure to tread carefully if you want to keep yourself unaware of future plot points!

Pokémon Reborn has a number of unique features to improve players' experiences, including:

  • Field Effects - Expanding on ideas briefly touched on with -Terrain and -Pledge moves, as well as in the anime, Field Effects offer an exciting new side to battles that can lead to fun and unusual strategies!
  • A more mature storyline-Being a fangame and not bound to a rating, Pokémon Reborn is able to expand more on topics such as death and the extreme dangers Pokémon could pose. These topics are not just thrown in to be edgy, either, they are treated with the respect such a subject deserves.
  • Special Encounters - Pokémon in the Reborn region don't have as many grassy areas to hide in, so not many are found the usual way. That doesn't mean you get less Pokémon, though-It just means you have more fun finding them! Now, instead of just tromping through grass, you can discover Pokémon in secret locations, rescue them from troubling situations, or receive them as special gifts!
  • Better Shinies - Tired of having your favorite Pokémon's shiny look almost identical to its regular one? Reborn's shinies add more to less-impressive shinies, and even a few Easter Eggs! Shinies are More Common as well, with about a 1/100 chance of any pokemon being a shiny.
