Malchous Forest Park is a large forest to the west of the Jasper Ward that is somehow a catalyst for the destruction of the ward. Heather will be met both before and after entering the area.

Battles here are fought on Forest Field, while battles inside the Gym are fought on Rocky Field.

Events

Coming from the Jasper Ward and after following Heather, the player enters a forest overrun with vines and roots. The move Cut is required to chop down trees to get rid of the roots blocking the path, similar to the Obsidia Park event. A few Team Meteor grunts are in the way. To the southwest of the area, there is a hidden path right before the double battle that leads to retrieving an Egg. To the south is a more visible path, with a Pulse Note at the end.

In the middle of the forest is the Jasper Ward Gym, half-destroyed. Inside it is the source of the plants going berserk.

Heather plays a role in this section, helping the player take down Team Meteor.
