Interactive Map Location of Underground Railnet in Reborn.
The Underground Railnet can be accessed from the underside of the Opal Bridge or from the building west of the Pokémon Center in the Obsidia Ward.
Shortly after the orphanage kids get kidnapped, part of the floor gets a crack in it, making it require strength to past.
After getting strength and the badge to use it, a new area of the Railnet opens, allowing you to visit the inner part of the Obsidia Ward and the Yureyu HQ. After defeating Team Meteor at the Yureyu Building, you can access a deeper part of the railnet. This deeper room has a bunch of tracks and levers that you need to connect in order to access Chrysolia Pass.
The area becomes permanently inaccessible once the Railnet Reconstruction Project is funded and the Aggron in the area accessible from Byxbysion Wasteland are defeated; any items not obtained in the area before then can be found at the Lost and Found Counter.
Start from the exit where the NPCs are. Turn the switch to make the rail vertical. Go up to the next intersection and turn the switch to make the rail vertical.
Go up and left until you reach the second intersection, and turn the switch to make the rail bend right. Then go down two intersections and turn the switch to make the rail vertical.
Go down to the next intersection and turn the switch to make the rail bend right. Go all the way right and turn the switch to make the rail bend down.
Go down and left to the first intersection and turn the switch to make the rail horizontal. Go left to the next intersection and turn the switch to make the rail bend down.
Go down to the next intersection and turn the switch to make the rail vertical. Go inside the locomotive, then go to the right exit and talk to Shelly. After that, talk to Noel.
There is a man who fell from into the street from Obsidia Ward and couldn't get out. When you talk to him, he returns to Obsidia Pokecenter. Go there and talk to him, and he will give you a department store sticker.
Litleo Event[]
During the day, in Obsidia Alleyway, there is a Litleo eating in the top left corner. It will run off if you approach it. The Litleo can then be found hiding in the house to the left of the Pokemon center in Obsidia Ward, but will again bolt at the sight of you, running downstairs into the Underground Railnet. As you corner them, a level 35 Klinglang descends from the ceiling and attacks. After you defeat the Mechanightmare, Litleo will join your party. The Litleo doesn't any have Egg Move in its moveset. This event is unavailable after Badge 13.
At the bottom of the cave room, there is a metal beam that looks as though it can be headbutted. When you do (It may take several tries), an Aron will fall down.
