Ciel Featherstone is the fifteenth Gym Leader of the Reborn region, as well as a member of the Agate Triumvirate of the Agate Circus, who hands out the thirteenth gym badge. She specializes in Flying-types and is fought at the Champion room. She hands out the Suspension Badge.
